Sample Development
A physical sample can be developed for review before bulk production. The client can assess the dimensions, material, colour, design, construction and overall finish before providing final approval.
The normal sample-development period is approximately two weeks, depending on product complexity and material availability.
Bulk Manufacturing
After the specifications and sample are approved, we proceed with bulk production. Normal production time is approximately two to four weeks, subject to the product category, order quantity, customisation requirements and availability of materials.
The standard minimum order quantity is 100 units. Certain products or customised designs may have different minimum quantities, which will be communicated during quotation.
Private-Label and White-Label Manufacturing
We manufacture and supply home-furnishing products for resale under a client’s own brand. Private-label support can include agreed branding, product labels, individual packaging, barcode application and FNSKU labelling.
Clients remain responsible for supplying accurate brand assets, label information, barcodes and any marketplace-specific instructions required for their products.
Quality Inspection
Products are inspected against the approved specifications before packaging and dispatch. Inspection may cover dimensions, material, colour, stitching, construction, visible defects, packaging and label placement, as applicable to the product.
Any product-specific testing or certification required by the client must be agreed upon separately before production.

Our Manufacturing Process

The client provides product specifications, expected quantity, branding requirements, target price range, delivery location and desired completion date.
2. Feasibility and Quotation
We assess material availability, customization requirements, minimum order quantity, production method and expected timeline. We then provide the proposed scope and quotation.
3. Sample Development
Where applicable, a physical sample is developed and submitted to the client for approval.
4. Final Approval
The client confirms the product specifications, sample, quantity, branding, packaging, price and production schedule.
5. Bulk Production
Production begins after approval and completion of the agreed commercial requirements.
6. Quality Inspection
Finished products are checked against the approved specifications and agreed quality criteria.
7. Packaging and Labelling
Products are folded, individually packaged, branded and labelled according to the confirmed scope.
8. Dispatch
The completed order is dispatched to the agreed delivery location. We provide delivery coverage across India.
